BioProS Annual In-Person Meeting in Leiden, Netherlands

A few days ago, the BioProS consortium gathered for our annual in-person meeting in Leiden, Netherlands. Over two productive days, partners from across Europe joined on site and virtually to discuss progress, align priorities, and plan our next steps for the coming year.

Day 1 was dedicated to updates from all work packages, followed by constructive discussions on our roadmap for the months ahead. In the evening, we enjoyed a memorable boat tour through the historic canals of Leiden. That was a perfect backdrop for informal exchange and team building.

Day 2 began with a presentation of the project to our External Expert Advisory Board (EEAB), selected to provide independent scientific and strategic guidance. We then held a workshop exploring the future potential of BioProS technologies. Afterwards, we visited NecstGen, where we were given an insightful tour of their cutting-edge clean rooms for advanced therapy manufacturing and their development labs.

Most of the meeting took place at BioPartner Leiden in the Bio Science Park, offering an inspiring, innovation-driven environment for collaboration.
